Policies:
RETURNS
- There is a 25% restocking fee for full returned cartons.
- Only full, unopened cartons (with factory seal) in the original packaging will be accepted for return.
- We only accept returns for 3 or more full cartons.
- We must be notified within 15 days of delivery for returns in order to obtain authorization for returns. Any returned products without authorization from FurgalFloors.com will be refused.
- We do not accept returns on accessories, s such as moldings, thresholds, glue, nails, etc.
- The customer assumes all freight charges.
- No returns after 30 days.
- Some flooring has a NO RETURN policy, such as custom milled or unfinished products. If you have any questions, please call FrugalFloorsl.com.
ORDER SYSTEM
- There is a minimum order of 125 sq. ft. per order.
- Any flooring that has been installed is deemed as accepted by the consumer.
- Prices are guaranteed at the time of purchase, only. We cannot honor any after-purchase rebates, discounts or other manufacturers discounts at future dates.
- Most orders are shipped within 3 business days after order placement. However, certain products may be back-ordered by the manufacturer. For further information on your order, please call FrugalFloors.com.
- You will be notified by email or phone when your order is shipped.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
- Payment of materials and shipping are accepted at the time of purchase. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Personal check, Business check, money order and Western Union.
- When payment is by Personal or Business check, please allow 3 – 7 business days before the check clears. We will ship your order as soon as the check has cleared.
RECEIVING MY ORDER
- Although our freight carriers are the best in the industry we only guarantee curbside delivery.
- It is up to the customer to make arrangements for in home delivery.
- Someone must be present to inspect and sign for the merchandise delivered.
- Your shipping carrier will contact you when your order has arrived at the terminal.
SECURITY
- FrugalFloors.com does NOT store consumer’s credit card information. All information is directly sent to the appropriate credit card company.
- Your credit card information is guaranteed safe and secure on our site.
- Transactions are sent over a secure SSL connection.
- FrugalFloors.com does NOT sell or give any information regarding its customers to any 3rd party.
